High-Sensitive Qubit DSDNA HS Assay Kit for mNGS Library Preparation is a rapid, sensitive and accurate fluorescent quantitative assay for double-stranded DNA (dsDNA).

High-Sensitive Qubit DSDNA HS Assay Kit for mNGS Library Preparation is used in conjunction with a fluorometric quantification instrument or enzymatic standard for pre-analytical quantification of nucleic acids and allows for accurate quantification of double-stranded DNA from 0.2 ng/μL to 100 ng/μL. Its processed product is used for nucleic acid analysis.

Methodology

UV absorption photometry:based on the intrinsic absorption properties of nucleic acids (DNA and RNA) at 260 nm

Fluorescent assays:based on the use of fluorescent dyes that selectively bind DNA, RNA or proteins and emit a signal only when bound to the target
