IVDR Certified CFDNA Preservation BCT for Next Generation Sequencing Library Preparation uses EDTA anticoagulant and special protective agents to stably preserve cell-free DNA in blood for up to 14 days at 6-35°C. Preserved blood samples can be used to most commercial kits for cfDNA extraction to meet the needs of research and in-vitro diagnostic applications.

Advantage

1. Technique:Use EDTA-K3 as anticoagulant, which has highest solubility in the liquid, to bind to Ca²⁺ ions in blood to form chelates, and inhibit thrombospondin activation to prevent blood clotting.
2. Production:Full set of reagents are manufactured in GMP production factory with ISO13485 standard; control the source production process, use scientific verification system with industry gold standard
