Product description:
Cell Free DNA BCT for Blood Transportation and Storage (Metagenomic NGS Library Preparation) uses EDTA anticoagulant and special protective agents to stably preserve cell-free DNA in blood for up to 14 days at 6-35°C. Preserved blood samples can be used to most commercial kits for cfDNA extraction to meet the needs of research and in-vitro diagnostic applications.

Simulated samples containing mutant ref. standards preserved in Cell Free DNA BCT for Blood Transportation and Storage (Metagenomic NGS Library Preparation) were extracted from our cfDNA kit into the NGS process, and the detected mutation abundance was highly consistent with the theoretical mutation abundance of the standards, and the mutation abundance detection showed very high similarity to Streck preservation tubes.
