IVDR Certified BunnyQuant Double-Stranded DNA HS Assay Kit with Plasma,Serum for Sequencing,Sanger,ddPCRis used in conjunction with a fluorometric quantification instrument or enzymatic standard for pre-analytical quantification of nucleic acids and allows for accurate quantification of double-stranded DNA from 0.2 ng/μL to 100 ng/μL. Its processed product is used for nucleic acid analysis.

Fluorescence Method

Specificity: differentiated selective measurement of DNA, dsDNA, ssDNA and RNA

More sensitive: can measure pg/mL; especially suitable for very low concentration of nucleic acid samples

Interference resistant: accurate detection of target nucleic acid molecules despite the presence of contaminants (including other nucleic acid contaminants) in the sample
