Qubit DsDNA High Sensitivity Assay Kit for Molecular Diagnostic 100 Tests uses a highly selective fluorescent dye to specifically bind the double-stranded DNA in the sample. the fluorescence value of the standard is detected using a fluorescence quantifier or an enzyme standardizer, and a standard curve is produced. The concentration of double-stranded DNA in the sample is then calculated by detecting the fluorescence value of the sample.

Use Qubit DsDNA High Sensitivity Assay Kit for Molecular Diagnostic 100 Tests to quantify dsDNA, RNA, and a mixture of DNA and RNA (1:1). The results show that the product has high binding specificity for dsDNA and not for RNA.

Storage condition
