IVDR Certified BunnyQuant Library Quantitation Kit for Genetic Testing with Plasma,Serum for ddPCR,Sanger,RT-PCR is used in conjunction with a fluorometric quantification instrument or enzymatic standard for pre-analytical quantification of nucleic acids and allows for accurate quantification of double-stranded DNA from 0.2 ng/μL to 100 ng/μL. Its processed product is used for nucleic acid analysis.

 

IVDR Certified BunnyQuant Library Quantitation Kit for Genetic Testing with Plasma,Serum for ddPCR,Sanger,RT-PCR uses a highly selective fluorescent dye to specifically bind the double-stranded DNA in the sample. the fluorescence value of the standard is detected using a fluorescence quantifier or an enzyme standardizer, and a standard curve is produced. The concentration of double-stranded DNA in the sample is then calculated by detecting the fluorescence value of the sample.

Specificity: differentiated selective measurement of DNA, dsDNA, ssDNA and RNA

More sensitive: can measure pg/mL; especially suitable for very low concentration of nucleic acid samples

Interference resistant: accurate detection of target nucleic acid molecules despite the presence of contaminants (including other nucleic acid contaminants) in the sample
