CE Certified BunnyQuant Library Quantification Kit for Molecular Diagnostic with Body Fluid,Plasma,and Serum for RT-PCR is a fluorescent quantification kit for the specific detection of double-stranded DNA (dsDNA). The product is highly selective for dsDNA with good linearity in the 0.2-100 ng range. It can accurately detect dsDNA from various sources including genomic DNA, cell-free DNA, PCR amplification products, sequencing libraries, etc. The detection process is easy, safe and efficient, which is ideal for the quantification of NGS DNA samples.

Methodology

Fluorescence Method

Specificity: differentiated selective measurement of DNA, dsDNA, ssDNA and RNA

More sensitive: can measure pg/mL; especially suitable for very low concentration of nucleic acid samples

Interference resistant: accurate detection of target nucleic acid molecules despite the presence of contaminants (including other nucleic acid contaminants) in the sample
