The technology can be applied to next-generation sequencing (NGS), Sanger sequencing, qPCR, ddPCR and microarrays, etc. IVDR Nucleic Acid Extraction Magnetic Beads (450mL) for Sanger sequencing, ddPCR, NGS/mNGS Library Preparation uses high performance magnetic beads and a unique buffer system that allows for the adjustment of the ratio of magnetic beads to sample to achieve selection and purification of DNA fragments from 100bp-10kb.
IVDR Nucleic Acid Extraction Magnetic Beads (450mL) for Sanger sequencing, ddPCR, NGS/mNGS Library Preparation are based on the SPRI (Solid Phase Reversible Immobilization) para-magnetic technology, which can selectively bind nucleic acid fragments of different sizes by adjusting the volume ratio between the beads and the sample to meet the needs of different length of nucleic acids, and are suitable for purification and screening of ideal size DNA fragments in high-throughput sequencing. The product is compatible with various brands of DNA and RNA library preparation kits, and can perfectly replace AMPure XP Beads and Axygen Beads, which are widely used in various NGS platforms.

The plasma cfDNA was libraryed by PCR-free, and the libraries were purified using BunnyMag, Ampure XP and Axygen beads, respectively. Also the library purification rate is high and the peak shape of the library is highly consistent with that of competing products.
Accurate selection size of fragment
For the initial size of 200-1500bp DNA fragments, the product is used to achieve accurate fragment selection by two-step magnetic bead selection and purification.
