DNA Clean-up & Size Selection Beads for PCR and DNA Purification (60ML) are based on the SPRI (Solid Phase Reversible Immobilization) para-magnetic technology, which can selectively bind nucleic acid fragments of different sizes by adjusting the volume ratio between the beads and the sample to meet the needs of different length of nucleic acids, and are suitable for purification and screening of ideal size DNA fragments in high-throughput sequencing. The product is compatible with various brands of DNA and RNA library preparation kits, and can perfectly replace AMPure XP Beads and Axygen Beads, which are widely used in various NGS platforms.

The plasma cfDNA was libraryed by PCR-free, and the libraries were purified using BunnyMag, Ampure XP and Axygen beads, respectively. DNA Clean-up & Size Selection Beads for PCR and DNA Purification (60ML) can effectively remove the excess primers and junction dimer. Also the library purification rate is high and the peak shape of the library is highly consistent with that of competing products.
