DNA Purification Beads for Nucleic Acid Purification (mNGS Library Preparation) are based on the SPRI (Solid Phase Reversible Immobilization) para-magnetic technology, which can selectively bind nucleic acid fragments of different sizes by adjusting the volume ratio between the beads and the sample to meet the needs of different length of nucleic acids, and are suitable for purification and screening of ideal size DNA fragments in high-throughput sequencing. The product is compatible with various brands of DNA and RNA library preparation kits, and can perfectly replace AMPure XP Beads and Axygen Beads, which are widely used in various NGS platforms.

The plasma cfDNA was libraryed by PCR-free, and the libraries were purified using BunnyMag, Ampure XP and Axygen beads, respectively.

Innermost core is Polystyrene (PS)
Second layer wrapped with magnetic material——Fe3O4
The outermost surface is a polymer modified by carboxyl groups(-COOH)
