The concentration of double-stranded DNA in the sample is then calculated by detecting the fluorescence value of the sample.

Using the Liquid Biopsy Qubit dsDNA HS Assay Kit NGS Library Preparation (IVDR Certified) and the ThermoFisher relevant kit, 10 dsDNA standards (Lambda DNA) at known concentrations were quantified using Qubit fluorometer and Elisa reader, respectively, and the results of the assay were equivalent to those of the reference standards and the competitor's equivalent products.
