IVDR Genomic Nucleic Acid Extraction Kit (Blood/Saliva) 100 Tests/ 200 Tests adopts superparamagnetic bead purification technology, to extract human or mammalian genomic DNA (gDNA) from 0.1-1mL of fresh or frozen blood or blood sediment. The kit uses a unique lysis buffer system that eliminates the need for additional treatment of red blood cell. The extraction process is simple and fast within 30 minutes.
