NGS Blood gDNA Isolation Kit for PCR, qPCR, and Enzyme Digestion adopts superparamagnetic bead purification technology, to extract human or mammalian genomic DNA (gDNA) from 0.1-1mL of fresh or frozen blood or blood sediment. The kit uses a unique lysis buffer system that eliminates the need for additional treatment of red blood cell. The extraction process is simple and fast within 30 minutes.
Product Advantages
Technique:Super paramagnetic beads, which are rapidly aggregated in the magnetic field; uniform size to ensure sufficient magnetic responsiveness without settling; buffer optimized by multiple rounds of proportioning.

Storage Condition
