Z microbial standards were used as test samples into 5 alveolar lavage samples. Host DNA was removed by IVDR Certified Host Removal Kit for qPCR and mNGS Library Preparation and Zymo similar product and microbial DNA was extracted. Also, library preparation and sequencing were completed. Compared with no host removal, this product was able to efficiently remove host DNA and significantly improve the detection of microorganisms.
