Intended Use

The hematology ana;yzer reagents to be used for blood cell counting, sizing, and WBC differentiation, hemoglobin determination on Erma PCE-210 hematology analyzers. This product is for In Vitro Diagnostic Use only.

Applicable Insteument

For use with Erma PCE-210 hematology analyzers.

Procedures

• Remove all the reagent aspiration tubes from the currently used reagent boxes or bottles.
• Wipe the tube’s surface with a lent free tissue, and then rinse with distilled water.
• Put the tubes into the LABNOVATION reagent boxes or bottles.
• Run at least 50 backgrounds. Check for the acceptable values. At first high background counts can be seen, that should lower to normal after a few runs.
• Run all three levels of a dedicated commercial control. Check for the acceptable values.
• Recalibrate the unit if necessary.

Storage

Store the product at 5-35℃ in a dust free place with good ventilation. Temperature outside the range may damage the product.

The open vial life of the product is 30 or 60 days (according to the table above). Unused reagents should be discarded after period of validity. Do not mix residual with a new carton.

Precautions

1. Re-calibration is recommended when changing the origin of the reagents.
2. It is not recommended using different brands of solutions together on one unit of analyzer.
3. Do not ingest. Avoid contact with skin and eyes.
4. Skin contact: Flush with plenty of water.
5. Eyes contact: Flush with plenty of water. Obtain immediate medical attention.
6. This kit is for professionals and in vitro diagnostic use only.
