How is the quality of these from someone who regularly uses them?

They work just fine in my shop. Haven't had them very long but so far I like them.

Whats the best way to get your sled on this?

Each front ski one at a time first. If you pull upward on front of ski you can slide them into place. Next place rear dooly next to track at spot you want track to set upon it. Lift back straight up high enough to clear rear dolly and move rear of sleds over dolly and lower into place. Fairly simple to do.

What is the maximum width of ski that can fit in the dolly?

it's built for snowmobiles and fits all our current year models.
