Cubic Boron Nitride powder has irregular and regular monocrystal in different styles with black or amber color. It has good thermal stability and high toughness, strength stability. It is suitable for making vitrified bond tools and polishing super-hard materials. It includes black CBN powder and amber CBN powder.

 

Characteristics: Divided into 2 types: Black CBN powder and Amber CBN powder, which show noticeable stability to ferrum elements and obvious chemical stability.

- cBN B10
Black color, irregular sharp, low toughness but good self sharpen ability, easily fractured monocrystalline. Widely used for resin bond systems and low temperature grinding.

 

- cBN B20
Black color, monocrystalline, semi-blocky, high toughness and thermal stability. Usually used for vitrified bond and metal bond, maintaining grinding performance and tool life.

 

- cBN B30
Black, semi-tough, irregular, angular sharps provide increased grinding efficiency in resin or vitrified bond systems.

 

- cBN A40
Gold color, blocky, very tough and extremely high thermal stability. Used in metal bond systems and electroplated tools.

- CBN A80M Micron Size

A80M is now the higher level of CBN powder in China, with high toughness, high stability, which is the best choice for vitrified bond CBN grinding wheel processing aturo camshaft and crankshaft. Therefore, A80M has strong grinding force and much better stability than other CBN micronpowder. The cleanliness of the surface through special processing is especially suitable for the production of PCBN and CBN sintered body.

- Sharpening and rough grinding of tools containing tungsten, tungsten and molybdenum and other high-speed steels, especially vanadium alloy steel, cobalt alloy steel, and special high-speed steel tools.
