Ultra-Thin Single Crystal Quartz Wafers
High-precision single crystal quartz wafers engineered for Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) and Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) applications. These mono-crystalline quartz substrates exhibit superior piezoelectric properties essential for frequency control products.

Crystal Orientation & Structure
Available in Y, X, Z, AT or ST cut orientations with customizable rotation angles (30°-42.75° range). Features include primary and secondary flats as specified, with seed located centrally (width < 5mm, height > 66mm).
Surface Quality & Polishing
Epi-ready polished surfaces with Ra < 1 nm. Working area excludes 3mm from wafer edge. Maximum bow: < 20 μm for 3" wafers, < 30 μm for 4" wafers. Minimal defects with chip width < 0.5mm at edges and < 3 pits/scratches per wafer.
