80μm ultra-thin right-hand single crystal quartz wafer with 35.15°Y-cut orientation, manufactured from high-purity alpha quartz material. This precision wafer features exceptional piezoelectric properties and is available in diameters up to 8 inches with thickness options starting from 70μm.

Material Properties

Crystal quartz is an anisotropic monoaxial crystal with trigonal crystal structure, consisting of silica-oxygen tetrahedrons arranged spirally along the main crystal axis. The right-hand modification provides distinct piezoelectric and pyroelectric characteristics due to the absence of both plane and center of symmetry.
