Doped Lithium Niobate Wafers
Lithium Niobate (LiNbO3) is an exceptional optoelectronic material with unique piezoelectric, optical, and photoelastic properties. It offers excellent mechanical and chemical stability, making it ideal for integrated optics applications with superior electro-optic, acoustooptic, and nonlinear optical performance.
Available Grades & Specifications
BonTek provides up to 6" diameter single crystal optical grade LN material with reduced impurity levels. We offer both optical grade and SAW grade wafers with customizable doping percentages including Er:LN, MgO:LN, and Fe:LN.
SAW Grade Orientations
The most commonly used SAW orientations are YZ-cut and 128°Y-cut, optimized for television transmission and reception signal processing. The 128°Y-cut with X propagation delivers the lowest spurious signal level.

Factory inspections are welcome for large quantity purchases and long-term partnerships. We also accommodate videoconferencing for remote discussions.
