High-precision Lithium Niobate (LiNbO3) wafers with exceptional surface roughness of Ra ≤1nm, available in 4", 6", and 8" diameters. Offered in both optical grade and SAW (Surface Acoustic Wave) grade configurations with customizable doping options.
Material Properties & Applications
Lithium niobate is transparent across the 0.25 to 5.3 μm wavelength range, making it suitable for visible, near-IR, and mid-IR applications. As a ferroelectric material, it exhibits superior piezoelectric, nonlinear optic, photoelastic, and Pockels effects with coefficients significantly higher than comparable materials.
