Free-pyro black LiNbO3 and LiTaO3 wafers are engineered for higher frequency Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) devices. These chemically reduced wafers eliminate pyroelectric effects while maintaining piezoelectric properties, making them ideal for advanced electronic applications.
