Lithium Niobate (LiNbO3) is an advanced artificial crystal material with exceptional electro-optic, acousto-optic, and nonlinear optical properties. These wafers offer stable physical, chemical, and mechanical characteristics, high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and excellent processability.
Key Material Properties
With a high Curie temperature of 1142°C±3°C, LiNbO3 maintains phase stability from room temperature to Curie temperature, preventing depolarization and enabling repeated use. Doping with specific ions (Er, MgO, Fe) enhances optical waveguide amplification, frequency doubling conversion, and optical storage capabilities.
