Black Pyroelectric Free Lithium Niobate (LiNbO3) wafers are specialized ferroelectric materials engineered for high-frequency surface acoustic wave (SAW) device applications. These 8-inch 128Y-cut wafers feature exceptional electro-optic, nonlinear, and piezoelectric properties.

Technical Advantages

The reduction process creates black lithium niobate with superior charge neutralization capabilities, even under instantaneous electric potential. This technology virtually eliminates pyroelectric effects while maintaining the same piezoelectric performance as standard wafers, making them ideal for advanced SAW devices.
