Double Side Polish LiTaO3 (Lithium Tantalate) wafers are engineered for Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) and Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) applications. These 4-inch wafers feature excellent electromechanical coupling coefficients and low acoustic attenuation, with standard orientations including 36°Y and 42°Y cuts.
