Our 4-inch 0.5mm thickness LiTaO3 wafers are engineered for high-frequency broadband filters and piezoelectric transducers. LiTaO3 crystals feature a large electromechanical coupling coefficient and minimal acoustic attenuation, making them ideal for high-frequency applications including broadband filters, piezoelectric transducers, ultrasonic delay line media, and surface acoustic wave devices. With excellent dielectric constant, piezoelectric constant, and temperature stability, LiTaO3 single crystals are widely researched and applied in piezoelectric applications.
