6-inch diameter, 0.5mm thickness Lithium Niobate (LiNbO3) wafer with 64Y/128Y crystal orientation, single side polished specifically for Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) device applications.
Lithium Niobate offers excellent nonlinear optical properties, making it ideal for optical waveguide applications and SAW device manufacturing. The material supports medium to low frequency SAW filters, high-power high-temperature ultrasonic transducers, and various doping configurations including Mg:LN, Nd:Mg:LN, and Fe:LN.
Lithium Tantalate provides superior piezoelectric, ferroelectric, acousto-optic and electro-optic characteristics, widely used in resonators, filters, transducers, and high-frequency surface acoustic wave devices.
