4-inch 0.35mm double-side polished Lithium Tantalate (LiTaO3) wafer with 36°Y and 42°Y orientations, specifically engineered for Surface Acoustic Wave (SAW) and Bulk Acoustic Wave (BAW) applications.
Lithium Tantalate (LiTaO3) is an ideal material for both SAW and optical applications, featuring a large electromechanical coupling coefficient and low acoustic attenuation. The reduction technology creates "black" wafers free of pyroelectric discharge, enabling higher frequency SAW applications.
