Our customized infrared optics utilize high-purity fluoride single crystals including calcium fluoride (CaF₂), barium fluoride (BaF₂), magnesium fluoride (MgF₂), and lithium fluoride (LiF) for superior performance across infrared spectral ranges.
Infrared Spectral Applications
These optical components are engineered to collect, focus, and collimate light across critical infrared spectra:
  • Near Infrared (NIR): 700 - 900nm
  • Short Wave Infrared (SWIR): 900 - 2300nm
  • Mid Wave Infrared (MWIR): 3000 - 5000nm
  • Long Wave Infrared (LWIR): 8000 - 14000nm
    • Fluoride Crystal Material Properties
    Our fluoride optical crystals offer exceptional transmission characteristics from 0.11 to 12.5 micrometers, making them ideal for both ultraviolet and infrared optical applications. These materials are widely used as infrared windows, optical lenses, prisms, wave plates, and objective lenses.
