Y64-Cut 4 inch 0.5mm LiNbO3 Wafer One Side Polish

The LiNbO3 crystal has a trigonal symmetry, and the polarization vector lies along the c-axis. LiNbO3 samples were poled by the supplier immediately after growth. After the poling procedure, the LNO crystals remain in the single-domain state, and repolarization/depolarization does not occur at room temperature (RT).
