14D2-2 Magnesium Alloy Sacrificial Anodes Material 6.35kg For Harbor
High Current Efficiency High Potential Magnesium Anode With High Driving Voltage For Fe
Introduction:
Mg-Mn sacrificial anodes are common binary high-potential alloys, in which the Mn element in the alloy can make the second phase distribution uniform, promote grain refinement, and improve its electrochemical performance. Mg-Mn alloy with low Mn content, the influence of Mn content on its microstructure and electrochemical properties was analyzed, the appropriate amount of Mn added (0.08%~0.4%) was determined, and the impurities in the Mg-Mn sacrificial anode were found. Elements can cause large solute segregation and obvious grain size differences, so reducing impurity elements is the preferred method for performance improvement.

Features:
The main characteristics of high-potential magnesium alloy sacrificial anodes are large electricity per unit mass, high potential, small specific gravity, negative potential, high driving voltage to Fe, low current efficiency, etc., especially suitable for high resistivity media. When using magnesium alloy sacrificial anode, care should be taken to avoid collision with steel structure. American standard ASTM8431993 (2003) and Chinese standard GB/T177312004 both require the current efficiency of high-potential magnesium alloy sacrificial anodes to be higher than 50% and the potential higher than 1.77 V.
Application:
Applicable to anti-corrosion protection of the oil, gas, water supply and drainage pipelines, as well as the protection of harbor, ship, resevoir, gate and other projects in water.
