Our thermoformed process (also known as 'Wet Press') integrates forming and drying in a single mold, eliminating the need for oven curing. This advanced method produces high-quality thin-walled items (0.6-1.3mm thickness) with excellent dimensional accuracy and smooth, rigid surfaces that resemble thermoformed plastic products. All raw materials are 100% virgin fibers from renewable sources including bamboo and bagasse.
