FG Type Single Spiral Classifier 100-200mm Laboratory Mining Machine 220-380V
This machine is suitable for dehydration, desliming, and dry and wet classification of non-metallic ores in geological, metallurgical units, and concentrator laboratories. Utilizing the principle of different solid particle sizes, specific gravity, and settling speeds in liquid, fine mineral particles float in water and overflow, while coarse mineral particles sink to the tank bottom and are pushed upward by the screw. The equipment separates powder from the mill, then screws coarse material back into the feed inlet. Available with electric or manual lifting devices.

Suitable for metal and non-metal ores with adequate density difference, including iron, chromite, pyrite, tin ore, tungsten, tantalum, niobium, gold ore, coal, monazite, rutile, and zirconium.
Easily adapts to different raw material sizes, densities, ore grades, and feed volumes. The spiral chute is ideal for treating 0.6-0.03mm lode and placer materials, though high mud content may hinder separation. Currently widely used in processing iron ore, tungsten, tin ore, niobium tantalum ore, coastal and riverside placer, and gold ore.

A: We accept T/T or irrevocable L/C at sight, with T/T preferred.
