Vibrating Screen Machine for Mining and Construction Material Screening
In mining and construction projects, screening accuracy decides both product quality and plant productivity. This YZS-600 rotary vibrating screen machine is designed to improve screening accuracy and productivity by giving every particle repeated chances to find its correct size fraction: the vertical vibration motor drives the material in a horizontal, vertical and inclined path across multi-layer decks, so near-mesh particles do not simply bounce off the cloth.
Our normal specification multi-layer vibrating screen machine uses stainless steel SUS27 (#304) for the parts where the body and materials come into contact, which also suits abrasive mineral feeds. The rotary motion and multi-layer design let one unit replace a series of single-deck screens in many aggregate and sand classification duties.
