Product Description
XPF Series Laboratory Disc Pulverizer
Professional sample preparation machine designed for crushing and grinding various mineral materials, rocks, ores and geological samples. The compact disc grinding structure features precision manufacturing and easy operation, suitable for direct installation on laboratory workbenches without complex foundation construction.
Key Features
- Efficient Grinding Performance: High-speed rotating grinding discs provide strong crushing force for rapid sample reduction
- Uniform Particle Size: Optimized grinding structure ensures consistent sample fineness for laboratory analysis
- Compact Design: Small footprint with integrated structure for convenient laboratory installation
- Dust Reduction Design: Enclosed grinding chamber minimizes dust leakage and improves environmental protection
- Easy Operation and Maintenance: Simple feeding, convenient cleaning and reliable mechanical structure
Working Principle
The XPF disc pulverizer operates through high-speed rotation of grinding discs. Material enters the grinding chamber through the feeding hopper and is crushed by relative movement and compression force between fixed and rotating discs. Continuous impact, extrusion and grinding gradually reduce material into fine powder, with adjustable particle size based on material characteristics and requirements. Processed samples are ready for chemical analysis, mineral identification and laboratory testing.
