The DCS-GS series weighing machine consists of feeding bin, vibrator, weighing bucket, funnel, electrical box, and body components. During operation, materials flow from the feeding bin to large and small feeding vibrators. Under microcomputer control, both vibrators operate simultaneously to transfer materials into the weighing bucket. The electronic scale continuously monitors material weight, with the large vibration stopping when approaching target weight and small vibration continuing until exact weight is achieved.
