1.Preface

Thank you very much for purchasing the single-core thermal stripper produced by our company. The product with compact and light-weight design, easy to operate and reliable. Through vertical stripping, the applied force is light and stripping quality high. The blade is durable and easy to replace. Adopt guide groove and thermal stripping way to ensure no damage to the fiber, featuring easy and fast way to remove the coating layer. Please read the instruction manual carefully before use, and store the manual near this product to facilitate reading.

1.Power

Press the "Power" button for 1 second, then release, the power indicator is on; press and hold "Power" button 2-3 seconds, then release,the power light is off.

2.Temp

Temperature control for heating, the product control panel on the "temperature" button corresponding to 60 ℃, 80 ℃, 100 ℃ and 120 ℃ from the bottom up. When the red light is on, it means the temperature set successfully. Default temperature is 100 ℃, when the power is on. The temperature increments, when press "temp" on the control panel each time.When the temperature reaches 130 ℃, press "temp" ,the temperature returns to 80 ℃.

3.Mode

The device has two modes:

1> Normal mode After power on, the heating element keeps the heating state, is able to work, constantly, and shorten the heating time til the power is off.

2> Power-saving mode After fiber cover is closed, heating starts; when the fiber cover is opened, the heating stops.

The default mode is power-saving mode, after the power is on. Clicking the Mode on the control panel switches between two modes.

4.Heating indicator:

Heating status When the indicator is red, the device is in heating state, when the light turns green, the heating temperature has reached the set temperature, then you can start to strip the fiber.
