5. Motor operation control: frequency converter separate drive control each motor；
6. Auxiliary accessories such as caliper and spark machine are completely integrated into the whole system, with higher automation, wire diameter setting, wire diameter control, automatic control;
7. Electric heating temperature control (Japan RKC):within range of ±2℃, accuracy controls and measuring temperature points, to fit different technological requirements;
8. Electric heating ampere meter: display heating of each zone, easily to check;
9. Cooling fan control: control by RKC temperature-controlled meter, keep temperature curve to straightness;
10. Each part action indicate light: indicate light to be markedness, to show real time working condition;
11. Cabinet inside floodlight: open cabinet door, the light auto lighten, be easy to make operation, and be beneficial to be safe;
12. Cabinet fan: close the cabinet door,the fan automatic work, to keep electric components inside the cabinet working safety;
13. Counter, control loop: counter receive pulse signal from meter counter, proportion of code length and pulse count can freewill adjustment, easy for counting length, meanwhile with forecasting function to make operation easily;
14. Diameter control: communication between calibrator and PLC, through touch screen setting diameter parameter, calibrator feedback signal, PLC make calculate, adopt ladder mode; precision control extruder, capstan to synchrospeed, make sure diameter control range within ±0.02
