Application:
The purpose of this production line is the application of a helical layer of copper or aluminium wires over a cable core. The final products is mainly a low voltage cable to connect low voltage consumer by the power utility, where the phase conductor is the central aluminium conductor and the neutral conductor is the wire layer. The final product can also be a medium voltage cable and the copper wires are the cable shied.
Electric Control System:
The Synchronal control for separate motorized taping machine consist of PLC and Touch screen. It's easy to operate by setting-up of all parameters on touch screen. All process parameters can be recollected. Unique program and date collection system ensure machine running stable and reliable. The precision of lay length is less than 3% when energency stop and less than 2% when normal stop of line.
