Production line control systems:

1. The whole machine is controlled by Siemens S7-1500PLC programmable controller, which is operated on the industrial computer display and operation panel;

2. Using profibus bus (communication bus), convenient man-machine communication and control. The whole system is controlled with the screw speed as the benchmark, the caliper participates in the whole line control, and the PLC controls the change of the traction speed according to the change of the outer diameter fluctuation to ensure that the outer diameter of the cable is same;

3. Different production process control parameters are stored in the computer and can be displayed and called on the display screen collectively. The industrial control machine is adopted, and the modification of the control parameters of the man-machine interface is convenient and practical. Can make the entire production line centralized control, easy to realize single and linkage adjustment;

4. The temperature control adopts Japanese RKC module to communicate with PLC (or the temperature control adopts thermocouple to connect directly to PLC simulation module). It has a separate temperature control interface and an environmental temperature reference point. And has PID tuning function; Calibration of the actual temperature and PC interface temperature display accuracy has a setting function. Display error can be corrected; Power control adopts pioneer solid state relay;
