Extrusion volume: 180kg/h (open head, soft PVC);
Electric heating: using voltage 220V, 4 sections of screw barrel, heating by cast aluminum heater, heating power of each section is 4.5KW; 1 section of machine clip, heating by stainless steel heating rod, heating power of 9*110W;
Machine clamp form: two-piece machine clamp;
Cooling method: 4 high-pressure centrifugal fans for barrel cooling, fan power 370W; natural cooling with machine clips.
