In tire waste management, tire pyrolysis is a well-developed technology. From 10 ton waste tyres , we can get about 40%-55%(4 ton) fuel oil , 30%-35% (3 ton) carbon black,10%-15% (1ton )steel wire ,8%-10% Flammable Gas .The tyre pyrolysis oil has a good sales market as it can be used as heating material and sell it to cement factories, glass factories, ceramic factories, electric power factories, steel making factories, boiler factories, etc. Besides , the by products carbon black can be made to pellet or briquette as heating material.

As most of the parts are already assembled before shipping , you just need to connect a few pipelines, water and electricity after the equipment arrives at the destination ,then you can get profit from the machine. No extra cost to pay for installation and no extra time to wait for installation. Besides , the F4000 is composed of two modules. Only two 40’HC are needed for shipment, thus saving a lot of shipping cost.
