1. High efficiency . The feeding port of the pyrolysis reactor is 1400mm , so the waste material don’t need pretreatment , they can be put into the pyrolysis reactor directly with the auto feeder machine.
2. High stability . The rollers are engineered under feeding port and oil outlet port which are external from heating area to bring perfect rotating balance and longer service life.
3. Energy saving : Non-condensable gas will go back to the heating system for second burning as heating material , saving your heating fuel.
4. High oil yield : Larger condensation area to ensure sufficient condensation of oil gas into liquid oil.
5. Eco-friendly: The stainless steel deduster is filled with ceramic filters inside , which brings it strong dust adsorption capacity and good dedusting effect.
6. High safety level : Equipped with Alarm , auto pressure releasing device , and anti back fire device , vacuum pump to ensure the machine working smoothly.
