Waste tire and plastic pyrolysis oil plant is designed for converting the waste rubber and plastic into fuel oil /diesel , carbon black ,and steel wire , compared with inceneration , the pyrolysis method is more profitable and feasible.
Application of the output product
1. Fuel oil: Widely used as fuel oil in industries such as steel and iron factories, ceramics or chemical industries or hotels, restaurants etc. or used for generators to get electricity.
2. Carbon black: used for construction bricks with clay, also can be used as fuel.
3. Steel wires: Sold or reprocessing
4. Combustible gas: Can be recycled and used during process as fuel.

Machine Features
- High efficiency . The feeding port of the pyrolysis reactor is 1400mm , so the waste material don’t need pretreatment , they can be put into the pyrolysis reactor directly with the auto feeder machine.
- High stability . The rollers are engineered under feeding port and oil outlet port which are external from heating area to bring perfect rotating balance and longer service life.
- Energy saving : Non-condensable gas will go back to the heating system for second burning as heating material , saving your heating fuel.
- High oil yield : Larger condensation area to ensure sufficient condensation of oil gas into liquid oil.
- Eco-friendly: The stainless steel deduster is filled with ceramic filters inside , which brings it strong dust adsorption capacity and good dedusting effect.
- High safety level : Equipped with Alarm , auto pressure releasing device , and anti back fire device , vacuum pump to ensure the machine working smoothly.
