Specification

Working process of pyrolysis plant 

1. Loading the waste material into the pyrolysis reactor manually or with an auto feeder.

2. Heating the pyrolysis reactor and producing oil.

3. The exhaust gas which can not be cooled to liquid oil will be recycled to heat the reactor. Smoke will be purified through a strong and powerful dust removal device.

4. Cool the pyrolysis reactor after oil production is finished.

5. Discharging carbon black and steel wire.

Output product usage

1. Fuel oil is widely used in industries, such as steel factories, heavy oil generators, cement factories, boiler heating, etc.
2. Carbon black can be made into pellets as heating fuel.
3. Steel wire could be sold to the recycling station or steel mill for remelting.
4. The incondensable gas is recycled to heat the pyrolysis reactor, saving energy.
