The integrated Automatic Transfer Switch ensures seamless power transition between utility and generator sources. This critical safety component prevents dangerous feedback to utility systems and maintains synchronization during power transfers.
When utility power fails, the ATS automatically starts the generator and transfers the load within 5-10 seconds. Once utility power is restored, it switches back and initiates generator cool-down.
