35T Axle Load Bogie Heavy Duty Weld Bogie 100T Wagon Bogie 1435mm Gauge

Breif introduction:
This 35t axle load bogie is applied for heavy load steel ingot railway wagons with pay load of 100t. It is a two axle welded bogie, with a max. towing speed of 40km/h.

The bogie adopts welded frame structure with primary variable friction damping device. It is mainly composed of five parts: bogie frame, spring damping device, brake device, pivot plate and side bearing. The frame is assembled and welded into a rigid frame by two longitudinal beams, one cross beam, guide frame and chute. The longitudinal beams and cross beam are box structure. The steel plates are Q355B low alloy steel widely applied in Chinese welded bogie and the casting parts are made of B+ grade steel. The wheel diameter is 650mm or other customized diameter, with material options of EN, UIC or AAR. The axle material is grade F AAR or other equivalent materials. The bearings are Glass G AAR full sealing bearing with casting steel axle boxes.
