19m Long Railway Well Flat Wagon Pay Load 40 Tons Depressed Center Flat Car
Brief introduction:
D11 Well flat wagon is specially designed to transport super long special vehicle or equipment by 1435mm gauge railway.
Feature and structures:
D11 well wagon is mainly composed of chassis, two end plate assembly, two bogies, coupler & buffer and air brake system. The chassis is in the form of a concave bottom, welded structure, mainly composed of two box shaped side beams, two sleeper beams, six large beams, traction beams, end beams, floor, cover plate and lower cover plate, etc.
It adopts Chinese K2 type three-piece casting bogie, axle load 21 tons. The air brake system adopt Chinese 120 type air distribution valve and hand brake adopts NSW hand brake machine. The coupler is Chinese No.13 bottom active type coupler and fitted with foring steel yoke and MT-3 buffer.
The wagon adopts mature components in Chinese railway as much as possible, so that the maintain cost is greatly reduced.
