Railway Welding Parts Reinforcement Seat Binding Seat for Gondola Side Wall

Breif introduction:

Reinforcement seat is applied to railway gondola car body. It is welded in the connecting part of side wall and the under frame to enhance the bending resistance of the rood of the side wall. A binding seat is welded near the reinforcement seat, which is mainly used for binding and fixing the transported goods like steel, equipment, etc.

Reinforcement seat and binding seat are designed cooperated with the whole vehicle’s strength analysis and manufactured with the same steel material with the car body, ensuring the good welding strength. We could also provide various welding structural parts according to customer’s different requirements.
