P70 Covered Train Cargo Car Box Wagon Railway Boxcar 145 Cubic 70 Tons Load is used to transport ordinary goods like packed bags, boxes, pallets by standard gauge railway. With the arc roof with 4 ventilators, it could carry goods need to protect from the sun, rain and snow. Coordinated with forklift, it could meet mechanized loading and unloading requirements. Box wagon P70 is the most advanced and popular ordinary covered goods train car in China.
P70 Covered box wagon is mainly composed of car body, bogies, coupler buffer and air brake system. The box wagon is all steel welded overall bearing structure, which is mainly composed of under frame, side wall, end wall, roof, door, window, etc. The under frame is made by Q450NQR1 high-strength weather resistant steel and the main section steel plates of end all, side wall and roof is made by 09CuPCrNi-A atmospheric corrosion resistant steel.The bogies are matural and advanced K5 or K6 3-piece casting bogies. The couplers are No.17 coupler and could meet the requirements of marshalling 10000 tons heavy haul trains.

1. High load of 70 tons, higher transport efficiency;
2. Based on the application experience of the existing box car, the structure is optimized and the fatigue strength and corrosion resistance of the car body are improved;
3. Four ventilators are adopted on the top of the box wagon to strengthen the air circulation in the vehicle, improve the loading environment in the vehicle and avoid the corrosion of the roof plate caused by the damp and turbid air gathering on the top of the roof
